As a certified Enneagram instructor, I use this tool to help leaders and teams better understand themselves and one another. The Enneagram can help people take a look in the mirror at who they are, who they can be, and develop practices to help them get there.
Coaching
My goal as a coach is to ask strategic questions that help you gain clarity to move forward toward a goal that you identify. I will provide you with the support, encouragement, and accountability you need to turn your dreams into reality.
Consulting
I offer consulting services to churches, non-profits, and businesses. I also offer private consulting to pastors and leaders of non-profits and businesses. These relationships are tailored to fit your needs.
